• Lalit is a seasoned professional having good understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on industry/ business. He has worked extensively to provide Audit & Assurance services to varied clients across real estate, consulting, education, banking and information technology sectors. He has an expert knowledge and exposure to Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards.
• Lalit also has extensive exposure in tax matters and he provides support to clients in effectively planning the tax matters, including tax implications on cross border transactions.
• His financial skills and understanding of the business environment also provides the firm with leading edge in conducting Transfer Pricing analysis and enabling the clients to comply with the Indian Transfer Pricing regulations.
• He is also well versed with the Indian Company Law regulations and Indian Foreign Exchange Control regulations.
