Professional experience:

• In a career spanning 21 years in corporate world, Vivek has worked in professional multinational and Indian companies across manufacturing and services sector. Vivek now specializes in Indian indirect taxes and has supported various clients in implementation of Goods and Services Tax laws.
• He spent ten years with British Petroleum in plant, regional & corporate roles and later on headed their Finance Shared Services. Vivek also worked with Airtel and Tata Teleservices in the areas of strategic finance, treasury, working capital management, controllership, commercial, regulatory, consolidation and insurance. He led due diligence in Zambia, Africa during Airtel’s acquisition of Zain.
• He was CFO of ONICRA Credit Rating and headed finance, audit, legal and secretarial functions.
• His experience encompasses entire gamut of finance, audit, legal and secretarial functions including controllership, analytics, funding & treasury, corporate/ plant/ regional finance, commercial, business finance, regulatory finance, governance, business planning, due diligence, audit & risk management and legal & secretarial compliance.

• Honor’s Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants
• Vivek is also a regular guest faculty in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
